Coherentity offers AI-powered language learning tools including audio, text, webcam and screen-sharing upload capabilities.

You agree to:

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
• Be responsible for content you share.

• Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers are available.
• Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

All content, software, and branding are owned by Coherentity. You may not copy, resell, or exploit them without permission.

You retain ownership of any content (audio, text, files) shared during sessions.

You grant Coherentity a limited license to use this content solely for improving and delivering services.

Coherentity is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.
